Barbie Forteza, details Adelina’s bitterness when Hiroshi k her father Julio, that the heartbreaking scenes were almost non-stop.

As Adelina in the hit series “Pulang Araw,” Barbie Forteza can’t describe the pain she felt when her beloved Hiroshi killed her father Julio.

In Lhar Santiago’s Chika Minute report on “24 Oras” last Friday, she said that the heartbreaking scenes were almost non-stop.

Recently, Hiroshi, played by David Licauco, accidentally killed the one who killed her father Julio, played by Epy Quizon.

“I’m telling you, there’s no coming back from that. I feel like, knowing Adelina and her character and how much she loved her father, Julio was the only one who really took over as her father after Fina died, Ms. Rhian Ramos. So, the pain was really bad for sure. I don’t know how Adelina would deal with that situation,” Barbie said.

Barbie added that she will never forget how the painful scene was filmed.

“Hiroshi brought me Julio’s body. It was really heartbreaking and a great help that Sir Epy’s look was so believable. Really props to the prosthetics and the makeup team. Really great. So, you can really feel it,” said Barbie.

Meanwhile, Barbie feels a different kind of joy as they finish taping for Pulang Araw.

According to the actress, she knows they are able to present one of the best series of 2024.

They had a party on the set as a thank you and early Christmas gathering.

“Definitely the whole team, the staff and crew, they really worked hard to make the show happen and so they really deserve to celebrate the end of the show,” Barbie said. —Jamil Santos/LDF, GMA Integrated News
