Sharing a photo of her son Bimby carrying the “pretty awesome bouquet,” the Queen of All Media expressed how happy she was that her son approved of her love life.

“I have never been thanked this way for a ‘birthday’ post. Obviously, he has Bimb’s yes and I have always been vocal. When my sons are okay, then my world’s okay,” she wrote.

“And because I want to keep it this way, whatever shall be happening will be only for us – my family, closest friends, and trusted team.”

The host also took the time to remember her late brother and former President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III and revealed that she and her mystery man chanced upon each other because of him.

“Thank you for wanting me to be happy. This time, I feel even Noy in heaven will finally approve, [I think] because we’d never have met had it not been for him,” she said.

Before ending her post, Kris revealed more details on how long they’d known each other. She also requested commenters to stop asking lawyer Gideon Peña for details about her special someone.

Kris said their first casual introduction was “way back during my brother’s term,” adding that they reconnected after the former president’s death.

In her birthday greeting, she thanked the mystery man “for coming into my life.” She also said he was “deserving” of the post despite the speculations it would cause.
