Alden Richards and Kathryn Bernardo just greeted the madlang people of “It’s Showtime!”

The pair graced the noontime show on Wednesday and invited the audience to watch their newest film, “Hello, Love, Again,” which made its theatrical debut on November 13.

During their guesting, Alden talked about their experience while watching the movie’s premiere night on Tuesday.

“Ang saya kagabi. Actually first time lang din namin napanood ‘yong pelikula ng buo noong premiere,” said Asia’s Multimedia Star.

“[We are] very happy and very fulfilled. Saka hindi namin in-expect na ganoon ‘yung magiging turnout ng buong pelikula. Kaya excited na po kaming lahat na mapanood niyo ‘yon” he added.

Meanwhile, Kathryn shared how it felt doing the sequel for the 2019 blockbuster film “Hello, Love, Goodbye.”

“Siguro, nakakakaba naman talaga gumawa ng sequel, but after watching it yesterday, tapos nakita namin ‘yong feedback din ng mga nanonood, nakakataba ng puso. So, sana mabigyan niyo ng chance” she said.

The actress also expressed gratitude to those who watched the movie on its first screening day.

When asked which among the films they liked the most, Alden answered: “Mahirap mag-compare kasi eh.”

“Mahirap kasi magkaibang journey ng characters so feeling ko medyo magkaiba ng konti,” Kathyrn added.

The Kapuso actor also talked about what changed in his relationship with Kathryn, saying that they became much closer now.

“Siyempre lagi din kaming magkasama while we were filming it. Ngayon, we are doing the promo. Siyempre ‘yung level of comfort mas nag-level up,” he shared.

The pair then thanked their beloved Filipino fans for supporting them and for showing love to their new project. They also thanked GMA Pictures and Star Cinema for jointly producing the film.

KathDen attended the premiere night of the much-awaited sequel in SM Megamall Cinema 3 along with their fellow cast members Lovely Abella, Maymay Entrata, Joross Gamboa, Valerie Concepcion, Kakai Bautista, and Jameson Blake, as well as its director Cathy Garcia-Sampana.

Both also turned emotional after watching the film on Tuesday.

“Hello, Love, Again” continues the story of Joy and Ethan’s story five years after the former left Hong Kong for Canada.

The film is showing in over 500 cinemas nationwide with midnight screenings available. Tickets for the film are available online.

The Filipino movie will also be screened in over 900 cinemas worldwide such as in North America, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific.

“Hello, Love, Again” will close the Asian World Film Festival in Los Angeles this November.
