Will there be a next project for Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards?

Asia’s Superstar Kathryn Bernardo and Asia’s Multimedia Star Alden Richards said that they are open to doing a teleserye together but they have a condition.

KathDen’s first project in 2019 surprisingly rose above many people’s expectations. They did Hello, Love, Goodbye during the time when Kathryn’s onscreen partnership and real-life relationship with Supreme Idol Daniel Padilla were still active.

HLG became the top-grossing film for several years until the movie Rewind claimed the title. However, anticipations are high that Hello, Love, Again will reclaim the top spot as it earned Php 155 million in 2 days.

Based on the article in Bandera, because of the success of HLA and the acceptance that the public had for the KathDen tandem, fans are requesting that ABS-CBN and GMA would eventually create a teleserye for the two of the biggest stars of their generation.

In a recent interview, Alden Richards and Kathryn Bernardo said that there is no problem if they will work together on another acting project.

“Once siguro na may magandang story, something new, something different to show the people,” the Kapuso actor shared while the Kapamilya actress said, “Basta may magandang materyal, why not?”

However, if this is a teleserye, the decision will still depend on their respective management. Now that network war is no longer existing, this could be possible. The Kapamilya and Kapuso networks have already worked together to produce a TV series.

“Bago naman nila i-pitch ‘yon, maraming discussion ‘yun. So, kapag naka-decide na, both networks, and the ipi-pitch sa amin, we’re just very open naman with it,” Kathryn Bernardo said

Meanwhile, despite the anticipation from KathDen fans that there is something romantic between Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards, the actor clarified that he is not courting the actress.
