Out of the esemble cast of the film, Aparshakti is the only one to have two films that have crossed the Rs. 350 crores mark. The first time it happened with him during the start of his career with the Aamir Khan starrer Dangal (2016). The Nitesh Tiwari directorial finished at Rs. 387.38 crores.

Apart from tasting major box office success, Aparshakti also looks back at Dangal for the experience of working closely with Aamir Khan. During an exclusive chat with Bollywood Hungama, the actor spoke about Khan saying, “Those who become legends, don’t become just like that. There is bhayankar hard-work behind that. His hard-work and discipline is terrific. This is what I learned from him.”

Aparshakti was also pleased to see Aamir not showing any starry attitude on the sets of Dangal despite being a superstar. “To keep a humble attitude even after achieving all this is Aamir sir’s victory. And very few people are able to do that. We are trying to do the same kind of hard-work. What I learnt from him is how to keep walking by keeping your eyes to the ground and not overthink stuff. I think that’s what Aamir sir has taught me,” he said.

Aparshakti is also impressed by Aamir’s script sense. “The merit on which he reads the script every time, he keeps trying new topics – from Lagaan to Laal Singh Chadha. I think it’s very difficult to do such kind of work,” he said.
