Vice Ganda, whose birth name is Jose Marie Borja Viceral, is a celebrated comedian, TV host, actor, and singer from the Philippines. Born on March 31, 1976, in Tondo, Manila, Vice Ganda gained fame for his distinctive humor and quick wit.
