Janine Gutierrez is trying her hand in vlogging and for her latest entry, she revealed her daily skincare routine.

The Kapuso star said she has been doing this routine more religiously since she started taping for her new show “Dragon Lady” which involves putting prosthetic on her face.

“Nagsisipag na ako mag-skincare kasi kaka-start ko lang mag-taping for ‘Dragon Lady.’ Sa ‘Dragon Lady’ meron akong prosthetics so my face is covered the whole day in silicon, in face paint,” she said.

La Mer cleansing gel
Shu Uemura skin purifier
Miscellar water
Belo pimple gel
Khiel’s calendula herbal extract toner
La Mer renewal oil
Estee Lauder advanced night repair cream
La Mer eye concentrate and  lastly Lucas Pawpaw ointment

In the video, Janine said her Mamita Pilita Corales and her dermatologist Dra. Vicki Belo have taught her a lot about how to take care of your skin.

“Mamita taught me that when you’re touching your face always do it upwards so that there’s no downward tension and so you don’t sag your skin.

“I learned from Dra. Vicki  that moisturizer is not a must, especially in the Philippines where it’s humid. You don’t need to put moisturizer all the time especially not on your whole face — only on the parts that are really dry,” she said.

Instead of moisturizer, Janine uses La Mer renewal oil as an alternative.
