Despite having inspiring careers, Kath and Belle’s journeys so far are no bed of roses. In the cover story, Kath opened up about how she was able to cope with the criticism that comes with fame. “[Now,] I choose what I want to see, what I want to hear, and who I surround myself with. I select what truly deserves my attention,” she said, adding the importance of rest days. “Self-care is not optional, self-care is mandatory.”

Further, Belle echoed Kath’s sentiments on cultivating self-love. “Self-care reminds me to love myself. When you take care of yourself, it also spills into how you treat others. You, in turn, inspire them to love themselves, too,” she said.
