Here’s what Ashley Ortega said about Zoren Legaspi and Carmina Villarroel

Kapuso actress Ashley Ortega was asked about celebrity couple Zoren Legaspi and Carmina Villarroel, the parents of her boyfriend Mavy Legaspi.

Ashley and Mavy sparked relationship rumors after they were spotted in Cebu being sweet with each other.

In a recent interview on the Kapuso afternoon talk show Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, Ashley confirmed her relationship with Mavy. She categorically said “yes” when asked if she and Mavy are now a couple.

Ashley Ortega also shared how she and Mavy Legaspi connected with each other and how the courting happened. However, she refused to answer when asked how long they have been together.

In the same interview, based on the article in GMA Entertainment, Ashley was asked about actress Kyline Alcantara, Mavy’s ex-girlfriend.

Ashley said that there is no beef between her and Kyline. They even said hi-hello to each other during the recent episode of the Kapuso Sunday musical variety show All-Out Sundays. “We’re good naman, no beef,” she said but they haven’t talked about Mavy.

Ashely was also asked about Mavy’s family. She said that Zoren Legaspi and Carmina Villarroel are very welcoming to her. The actress also recalled that she was able to work with the celebrity couple in the past.

Carmina and Ashley worked together in the 2022 Kapuso series Widow’s Web, while the latter shared the same frame with Zoren in Sahaya in 2019.

“I’ve worked with Tita Mina na before, nag-locked in taping kami for two months. Si Tito Zoren also, I’ve worked with him before, he became my dad. But when me and Mavy were hanging out na, Mavy introduced me to them,” she said.

Ashley Ortega added that the celebrity couple is “mabait,” including Mavy’s twin sister Cassy.
