A woman who met with a man whom she came to know online was found dead inside a black garbage bag at the side of a road in Davao City.

According to Frontline Pilipinas of News5, the body was found Saturday morning at the side of the road.

Police authorities believe that the body was thrown at the roadside early morning, which was why no resident in the area was able to notice.

Relatives of the victim identified the body as 21-year-old April May Vizconde.

Investigation showed that the victim told her sister that she would be meeting a man whom she met online on a Friday afternoon.

After she left, her family was no longer able to contact her.

Authorities also believe that it is possible that the suspect behind the crime is not just one.

Authorities are still investigating the incident, trying to establish any motive behind the killing.

The body of the victim will be undergoing an autopsy to determine whether she was s#xually assaulted or not.

Authorities have two persons of interest.

The family of the victim are seeking for justice, with the victim’s sister appealing to the suspects to surrender.
