Bea Alonzo shared how she is now after her breakup with Gerald Anderson

Kapamilya actress Bea Alonzo shared how she is coping now after her breakup with former boyfriend Gerald Anderson.

Their breakup was quite controversial when cheating allegations against the actor surfaced. Allegedly, he has a relationship with his Between Maybes leading lady Julia Barretto while he was still with Bea. However, both Gerald and Julia denied the allegations against them.

After the controversy, the three main characters in the real-life drama continued with their lives. Just recently, Bea shared how she feels after the breakup as she and Gerald have been together for three years.

During the recently-concluded ABS-CBN Ball 2019, Bea Alonzo walked alone on the red carpet. This is unlike in the previous years that she went with her ex-boyfriend. With regards to being alone on one of the most prestigious red-carpet events, Bea said that she felt empowered, based on the article from Bandera.

“I just realized, after 10 years, parang almost ten years, ngayon lang ako nag-lakad ulit mag-isa, and it’s actually empowering, it’s liberating and I’m enjoying it,” the Kapamilya star shared. During the event, the members of the press also asked how she is coping up after the breakup.

Bea Alonzo has a positive response on this. “Okay naman. I’m recovering, I’m getting better,” the actress said, based on the article. Apparently, she has moved on from that chapter of her life.

Meanwhile, she is now doing a project with Richard Gutierrez and this brought excitement to her fans. Rumors also stated that she will be doing a movie with her former onscreen partner John Lloyd Cruz in the movies One More Chance and A Second Chance.
