Kathryn Bernardo: “Don’t use your pain as a reason to hurt others”

Amidst the controversy surrounding the breakup of Jamela Villanueva and Anthony Jennings, netizens recalled the interview Kathryn Bernardo had with Boy Abunda last October 2024 on ‘Fast Talk.’

In that interview, Tito Boy asked Kathryn what she would advised her future daughter about love.

“Don’t use your pain as a reason to hurt others. Just because you’re in pain, you’re hurting, it doesn’t mean na you have to do the same.” started Kathryn.

“Kindness, you can never go wrong with kindness. If something bad happens, or kung may mangyayari sa ‘yo, I’ll let you experience it because I can’t protect you from it. But siguro ang mako-control ko lang is how you will handle youself when you are in pain.” Kathryn continued.

“Basta alam mo yung values mo, alam mo wala kang naapakan na ibang tao, then you shouldn’t be afraid of anything kasi lahat kakayanin mo. Yun yung ginawa ko sa sarili ko.” Kathryn said.
