GMA-7 actress Marian Rivera was deeply touched by the heartfelt gesture of Filipino-American singer-actress Olivia Rodrigo, who delighted her daughter Zia with a special surprise on her ninth birthday.

Celebrated on Saturday, November 23, 2024, Zia’s Pop-star themed birthday bash featured decorations inspired by her musical idols Olivia, Sabrina Carpenter, Billie Eilish, and Taylor Swift.

Adding sparkle to the festivities, Olivia Rodrigo sent a special gift via Netflix, capturing the birthday girl’s heart and making the day even more memorable for her.

During the grand opening of Avignon Clinic’s Alabang branch on Monday, December 2, 2024, Marian was overjoyed for her daughter, who received a personalized gift from one of her biggest idols.

“Ako yung sobrang, alam mo yun, ako yung sobrang kinikilig para sa anak ko,” Marian told PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal).

“Kasi alam ko kung gaano niya ka-love si Olivia Rodrigo. And then, binigyan siya ng gift na ganun.

“So priceless talaga yung reaction niya, yung saya niya, yung tears of joy niya.

“Sabi ko nga, bilang isang nanay, yun yung gusto mo pa kita sa anak mo, yung sobrang saya na priceless para sa kanila.”

Zia was thrilled to find a GUTS Tour shirt and Olivia’s personalized purple Stanley cup. Additionally, Zia received a heartfelt letter from Olivia herself.

In the caption accompanying her post, Marian conveyed her daughter’s appreciation and extended a warm thank you to Olivia.
