Christopher de Leon and Sandy Andolong’s son diagnosed with testicular cancer

Nasa Amerika ngayon ang mag-asawang Christopher de Leon at Sandy Andolong para makapiling ang kanilang anak na si Juan Carlos Miguel.
 
Si Miguel, pangalawa sa limang anak nina Christopher at Sanday, ay na-diagnose na may testicular cancer. Ang iba pa nilang mga anak ay sina Rafael Sandino, Augusto Gabriel, Maria Angelica, at Maria Michaela.
 
Isang photo ng mga luggage ang ipinost ni Sandy sa kanyang Instagram account (sandy_andolong) noong Martes, August 5, bago sila umalis patungong San Francisco, California.

Sa caption, inihayag ni Sandy ang kanyang pagkasabik na makasama ang anak. “Hubby & I packed & ready to go to SF later tonight.Can’t wait to see you, kiss you, embrace you, & whisper in your ear (even if you can’t see yet but can hear) how much you mean to me son. Tatay & I are coming to take care of you & be with you. Never fear for our good & mighty God is w/ you all the way through this adversity you’re going through now. He & only He is the best & greatest physician. I know in my heart & truly believe that he is healing you right now.He will always reward you because you are a Godly & prayerful man, a good son, brother, husband & father! Tatay & nanay will be with you soon my love.”

“Arrived SF at 11pm. Good friends Cesar & Lerma Cailles picked us up. Then we went straight to the the hospital where my sister- in -law Pinky & daughter in law Julie & friend Jay were waiting for us.No parent, specially a mother. should ever see the sight of a child in the ICU heavily sedated & countless of tubes all over his body, mouth & nose. And so many machines attached to him. I felt like dying! Hubby kept embracing me & we both kept crying. I could not stop crying & just kept kissing Miguel’s hand & arm. My baby. it’s a good thing they moved him to a better & bigger hospital in SF city. CDMC where the specialize in my son’s case. We ate late dinner at 3pm from the hospital,slept at 5pm. I woke up at 9am this morning & took photos of our good friend Cesar & Lerma’s beautiful home & garden to take my mind off even for a while.Later we will meet w/ a surgeon, an oncologist & attending physician for the final prognosis & decision on the next best step to take. Please, I ask for a lot more prayers for my son.”
