In an interview with GMA’s “Saksi,” the mother, who was only identified as “Tess” and had her face blurred out during the interview, said she allegedly left before the battering incident happened.

She said she was just trying to get the 13-year-old victim, identified only as “Mika,” to admit to her alleged wrongdoing, adding that she tried to threaten her so she would admit.

“Talagang inamin niya sa amin, hindi lang sa akin, sa tanod niya inamin na siya ang kumuha,” alias “Tess,” the mother of the kids who mauled “Mika,” said.

However, it was reported by GMA News that there wasn’t any wallet that was recovered from Mika.

In her supposed threat, she allegedly said she would have her kids beat up alias “Mika” because she is not allowed to do the deed.

Sabi nila chocolate daw eh. ‘Hindi’ sabi ko. Pagbihisin mo nga kuya,” alias “Tess” said.

The reporter who was interviewing her then asked if the “chocolate” she saw on “Mika’s” chest was blood, she answered it might be but then said her son told her it was chocolate.

“Dugo?” the reporter asked.
