Jesi Corcuera Says His First Kiss Was W/ Paulo Avelino

JESI CORCUERA – “Starstruck” and “Pinoy Big Brother” alum Jesi Corcuera revealed that his first kiss was with actor Paulo Avelino.

Jesi Corcuera recently shared a memorable revelation about his fellow “StarStruck” contestant Paulo Avelino during an episode of “Fast Talk With Boy Abunda.” Jesi revealed that Paulo was the first man he kissed, recalling a moment from their time on the reality show, StarStruck: The Next Level.

In the interview, Tito Boy even played an old clip of the two actors sharing their on-screen kiss. Jesi took the opportunity to make a humorous comment about the moment, jokingly asking, “Taray talaga oh! ‘Bat kami hindi nanalo diyan?” (We were really bold there! Why didn’t we win because of that?).

When asked how the kiss went, Jesi Corcuera noted that Paulo Avelino appeared quite taken aback by the surprise moment. He jokingly added, “Nagulat siya. Baka hanggang ngayon ‘di niya pa nakakalimutan ‘yan!” (He was shocked. Maybe he still hasn’t forgotten about it until now!).

Despite the kiss, their love team never blossomed into anything more, with Jesi explaining, “Tropa lang kasi kami, kaya hindi nag-work siguro.” (We were just buddies, so maybe that’s why it didn’t work out).

Both Jesi and Paulo were part of the “StarStruck: The Next Level” competition, which aired on GMA Network back in 2006. The show featured other notable contestants such as Kris Bernal, Aljur Abrenica, and Chariz Solomon.

In addition to the fun trip down memory lane, Jesi also shared some personal news earlier this week. The actor, a proud transman, announced that he is pregnant with his first child. During the same interview with Tito Boy, Jesi revealed that he is expecting a baby girl, conceived through artificial insemination. His announcement was met with support and excitement from his fans, adding a new chapter to his already remarkable journey.
