Ogie Diaz Believes In Maris Racal & Anthony Jennings’ “Redemption”

For Ogie Diaz, MaThon can bounce back after the controversy

Talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz believed that Kapamilya stars Maris Racal and Anthony Jennings would have their redemption.

The year 2024 became a challenging one for Maris and Anthony, known as the MaThon loveteam. Their onscreen partnership received support from many fans but their names became controversial in just a snap of a finger.

Anthony’s ex-girlfriend Jam Villanueva released screenshots of his intimate conversations with Maris. These prompted bashings directed at them. They released their separate statements amid this issue.

The onscreen partners took a break from showbiz engagements and social media. Eventually, they appeared during the Incognito press conference and fans noticed the sweetness between them. However, rumors surfaced that Maris was just pretending to be okay with Anthony.

In a recent Facebook post that Ogie Diaz shared, he shared his thoughts on Maris Racal and Anthony Jennings who are part of Incognito.

Ogie said that he likes the series and he is proud of ABS-CBN and Star Creatives. He has been avidly watching the series every night.

The talent manager-vlogger also said that he is waiting for the appearance of Maris because, in the trailer, she was seen firing a gun while wearing a two-piece outfit.

Hindi mo talaga iisipin yung mga isyung nakadikit sa kanya eh kundi yung husay niyang umarte sa bawat karakter na binibigyan niya ng buhay,” Ogie said about the actress.

He added that this is also the same with Anthony. The issue could not be attached to him with his performance in the new Kapamilya series. With this, Ogie said that Maris and Anthony would have their redemption.

“Kaya feelling ko, mare-redeem nina MaTon ang kanilang mga sarili dito. You really cannot put a good talent down, ika nga,” he said.

Ogie Diaz also commended the whole series and other cast members such as Ian Veneracion, Richard Gutierrez, Daniel Padilla, Baron Geisler, and Kaila Estrada, as well as, the director Lester Pimentel Ong.
