Si Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach-Jauncey ang kauna unahang Filipina na lalakad sa taunang runway show ng L’Oréal Paris ngayong Paris Fashion Week.
Si Pia ang kakatawan sa bansa sa Le Défilé “Walk Your Worth” show ng L’Oréal Paris sa Setyembre 23, 8:30 p.m. (Paris time) o Setyembre 24 sa ganap na 2:30 ng umaga (Manila time) sa Place de l’Opéra sa Paris, France.
Ang Le Défilé na “Walk Your Worth” ay isang taunang kaganapan na nagdiriwang ng pagpapalakas at pagkakaiba iba habang itinatampok ang mensahe ng pagpapahalaga sa sarili at kagandahan.
Makakasama ni Pia sa runway show show ang roster ng beauty brand ng mga modelong sina Kendall Jenner, Eva Longoria, Viola Davis, Alia Bhatt at Cara Delevingne.
Noong nakaraang Marso, hinirang ng L’Oréal Paris Philippines ang beauty queen bilang bagong ambassador nito para sa kanilang skincare and makeup line.
Ang anunsyo ay ginawa sa panahon ng kanilang “Sayang Hindi, #ImWorthIt” Campaign bilang bahagi ng pagdiriwang ng International Women’s Month.
Si Pia na isa ring artista ay nag endorso ng mga best selling products ng beauty brand, tulad ng Glycolic Bright Anti Dark Spot Serum, upgraded Infallible Freshwear Liquid Foundation, Panorama Mascara, at Infallible Matte Resistance Liquid Lipstick.
May ilang fans na nagpahayag ng kanilang pride para kay Pia dahil sa pagrerepresenta nito sa bansa sa international runway show.

“Ganito [ka] gawin ito. Hindi lamang simpleng paglalakad para sa glam ngunit talagang embodying kung ano ang isang fashion modelo at impluwensya ay… Hindi natin maikakaila na itinataas ni Pia ang ating bandila sa fashion show,” pahayag ng isa pang Instagram user.
Kamakailan lang ay naglakad din si Pia sa Milan Fashion Week, na ipinakita ang kanyang luxury brand outfit at accessories.
