According to her, the young girl wears her old high school uniform while selling sampaguita flowers. She explained that it was her daughter’s way of attracting more customers, hoping to increase their sales.

The mother shared how their family has long relied on selling sampaguita as their primary source of income. She proudly mentioned that her children earn around P1,000 to P1,500 daily from this business, which has been a lifeline for their family for years.

The mother’s statement comes following an incident where the sampaguita vendor was being asked to leave by a security guard in front of a shopping mall that went viral.

It can be remembered that the young female student was selling Sampaguita garlands in front of a mall when the mall guard apprehended her. After a few moments, the guard violently pulled the garland from the vendor’s hand, tearing it apart.

The lady student fought back, and the guard kicked the young girl. She continued fighting back and hit the security personnel taller than her with her garlands several times.
