Arnold Clavio has taken to Instagram and sought the help of the DSWD over a viral video, which showed a girl, sitting in the middle of a house, surrounded by several children and repeatedly beaten by her fellow children.

He said that the video was sent to him, in the hopes that justice will be given to the little girl who was concertedly beaten by several children.

The post was originally from Balitang Malolos and no other details were given.

Arnold appealed to the DSWD that attention would be given on the matter and that the victim could receive psychological assistance, and that those who hurt her will be guided by authorities and experts.

He then asked if this was truly the hope of the nation, underscoring how the behaviors of the children showed violence and without mercy.
