Amy Forteza, the mother of Kapuso Primetime Princess Barbie Forteza shared a meaningful post before the actress announced her breakup with Kapuso actor Jak Roberto.

However, Barbie made an unexpected announcement on the second day of 2025. She confirmed that she and Jak broke up through a post on her Instagram page. However, she did not disclose the reason for the breakup. The actress was thankful for her seven years with Jak and her post spewed positivity despite the separation.

After the announcement of the breakup, netizens noticed the post that Barbie Forteza’s sister shared on X, formerly Twitter. Gabrielle Vierneza shared a photo of the actress with the caption, “Gusto ko happy ka.” The online community could not help but think that this was connected to the first announced celebrity breakup this 2025.

Aside from Barbie’s sister, netizens also noticed Amy Forteza’s post on her Instagram story before the actress confirmed her breakup with Jak.

Barbie’s mom shared a meaningful quote and altered a word. The original quote was, “No one knows how much you went through this year, but you stayed strong and didn’t quit.” However, an “X” was put on top of “didn’t” which covered the “not.” With this, the last part of the quote became “but you stayed strong and did quit.”
