Kapuso actress Bea Alonzo was the topic of these tweets from a basher who claimed that GMA regretted its decision to sign a contract with her.

Bea is undoubtedly one of the A-list actresses of her generation. She is known for starring in blockbuster hit movies and was able to do well-loved series when she was a Kapamilya. Last year, she surprised many fans of ABS-CBN when she signed a contract with the Kapuso network.

Several months passed before she finally had her first Kapuso series and it was the Pinoy version of the hit South Korean series Start-Up. In past interviews, Bea said that there is no conflict in her decision to switch home networks.

In a recent interview, Bea shared that she is set to do two TV series after her series with Alden Richards, Jeric Gonzales, and Yasmien Kurdi. She also revealed that she will have an upcoming reunion movie with John Lloyd Cruz.

Apparently, more projects are being prepared for Bea Alonzo now that she is in her new home network. However, according to Twitter user @ChakaPusoPH, based on the article by entertainment columnist Rey Pumaloy in Abante, allegedly GMA regretted getting Bea as one of its contract stars.

The said basher of the former Kapamilya actress claimed that GMA was disappointed by the result of her first teleserye as a Kapuso. It was also alleged that Bea was forced to have a lower talent fee in order for her contract to be renewed.

“Mukhang nagdilang anghel ang mga kuIto ni inggrata at ire-renew pa din siya ng Kamuning kahit disappointed sila sa outcome ng first serye niya. Ayon sa nakausap ko, eh magbababa daw ng presyo si inggrata para ma-renew lang ulet…” the basher claimed.

In another tweet, the basher of the actress said that the executives of the Kapuso network were dismayed by the meager impact that Bea has on the viewers.

“Hoping na makakagawa siyang muli ng project sa namumuong partnership ng ignacia at kamuning. Oh di ba ang KAPAL ng MUKHA. Wala pang final na decision ang mga dismayadong exec, di nila inexpect na ganun lang impact ni inggrata sa network nila, mas bumaba pa daw viewership,” the basher said. Althouh the tweets did not mention the name of Bea, netizens who commented on this concluded that it was about the former Kapamilya actress.
