What’s new with Bea Alonzo?

The Kapuso actress and Dominic Roque called off their engagement and announced their separation early this year. It was a decision not made over night as they actually gave themselves time to process everything until they have come to the final of it.

In a previous article, Bea revealed she did not initiate the split but eventually, it became a mutual decision as they have tried to patch things up. They tried to work things out but unfortunately, it just didn’t and they just realized that they don’t want to get married anymore.

With their split, Bea thanked Dom not for what happened or anything but for having the courage to point out what’s wrong in their relationship. Those were the things that could have just possibly carried her away brought by the pressures of the society.

Life after the breakup

Every breakup is heartbreaking but as she has mentioned it before, one has nothing to do but to accept that some relationships just don’t work. At this point in her life, she is just enjoying and just simply embracing the uncertainty.

When asked what this relationship made her become after it fell apart, she expressed her realization of how resilient she is. She learned to cancel the noise that doesn’t add value to her life and embrace those that do.

Closing off this chapter of her life, she has gratitude for all the memories – the good and the bad – as it made her stronger. It made her the person that she is today based on the interview.
