Bea Alonzo Refuses To Do Series w/ Rayver Cruz? Here’s the alleged reason

Is it true that Bea Alonzo does not want to do a project with Rayver Cruz?

Speculations surfaced that Kapuso actress Bea Alonzo refused to do a series with actor-host Rayver Cruz and here is the alleged reason.

After her contract signing with GMA-7, fans of Bea have been expecting her new TV projects. She already had several guest appearances. She is set to do a movie with Alden Richards but there is no announcement yet regarding the series that she will do.

Based on a recent article by entertainment columnist Salve Asis in Pang-Masa, a source said that Bea Alonzo turned down a teleserye offer in which her leading man will be Rayver Cruz.

Allegedly, it is because of the fact that Rayver is a close friend of Gerald Anderson, the ex-boyfriend of Bea. Because of this “issue”, it was recalled that the “rumored relationship between Gerald Anderson and Julia Barretto started to circulate when they were spotted together at Rayver’s birthday party.

“Kaya malabo diumano talagang tanggapin ni Bea ang nasabing mini-series sana ka-partner si Rayver dahil friends din noon ni Rayver sina Gerald and Bea,” the columnist said.

Previously, rumors also surfaced that Bea Alonzo is allegedly being “maarte” when it comes to the projects that GMA has offered to her. Critics have pointed out that it is the reason why she still has no regular show in the Kapuso network months after she signed the contract in July.

However, Ms. Redgie Acuña-Magno, the Vice President for Drama of GMA Entertainment slammed the said rumors against the former Kapamilya Star. The Kapuso executive said that the actress is easy to work with and that they have no problem with her when it comes to projects.
