Dingdong Dantes on Female Family Feud Contestants Making “Landi”

Dingdong Dantes talked about his recent teleserye project

Kapuso Primetime King Dingdong Dantes was asked about female contestants in Family Feud who were a bit aggressive.



Dingdong’s game show is currently on a season break. He is currently busy shooting for his new TV series Royal Blood. The actor-host will also be doing a movie. Dingdong is also the host of The Voice Generation.

In a recent interview, based on the article in Bandera, the Primetime King admitted that he really missed doing an acting project. Although hosting Family Feud is like performing also, he gets to be himself in this hosting project.

Dingdong Dantes shared that his banters in the game show were not scripted. He was really enjoying interacting with the contestants.

When asked about female contestants who were making “landi” to him as some would even hug him, the actor-host said that he was not aware of this.

“Hindi ko naman napapansin, e. Basta nag-e-enjoy kami, e. Basta ako, gusto ko silang manalo. Yun yung motibo ko, manalo kayo, o di ba? Dahil pag nanalo kayo, mas masaya,” he said.

Dingdong reiterated that he never noticed something like that. “Wala talaga akong napapansin,” he said with a laugh.

Meanwhile, the Primetime King said that acting gives him a different kind of fulfillment. Royal Blood’s concept makes him excited to go on set. This series is a murder mystery as Tirso Cruz III’s character was killed.

It is exciting for the cast because even they do not know who murdered Tirso’s character. “So lahat kami, parati kami nanghuhula yan,” Dingdong Dantes. His wife, Primetime Queen Marian Rivera is also set to go back to acting.
