Ara Arida’s Suitor is Marian Rivera’s Ex-Boyfriend

The Philippines representative to the Miss Universe Beauty pageant to be held in Moscow, Russia, Miss Ariella Arida revealed during her guesting with ANC’s “Headstart” that her suitor is Marian Rivera’s ex-boyfriend.

When the 24-year-old Ara Arida was asked by host Karen Davila about her current suitor and to clarify the rumors that Marian’s former boyfriend was courting her, she replied affirmatively by stating, “Yes,” although she did not mention the name of the suitor.

The Binibining Pilipinas Universe stressed, however, that they are not in a relationship, confirming that she has no boyfriend because she focused in the Miss Universe pageant. When asked further regarding the tendency of having a relationship after the pageant, she was quoted saying, “After this pageant, let’s see.” she stated.

The rumors linking to Marian Rivera’s ex-boyfriend came to light right now after the confirmation made by Ariella Arida. Based upon Marian’s previous relationship, she was formerly involved in a romantic relationship with Ervic Vijandre, Marian’s boyfriend for eight years.

Ervic Vijandre broke up with Marian Rivera way back the year 2009. In an interview with entertainment site Pep.Ph, Ervic revealed that he has been wooing Ara Arida before she won the Miss Universe Philippines crown.

The 27-year-old Ervic Vijandre is a former basketball player before breaking into the modeling and acting industry. He was the former second runner-up of Survivor Philippines: Celebrity Showdown, behind ultimate winner Akihiro Sato.

Ervic is part of GMA’s Bitoy Henyo that ended it’s TV run last September 20, 2013 and the current “Kahit Nasaan Ka Man” playing the role of Benjo.

Will ayaw pang makipag-date sa iba 

Ilang buwan na ang nakalilipas mula nang magkahiwalay bilang magkasintahan sina Will Devaughn at Roxanne Barcelo. Para sa model-actor ay naiba ang pananaw niya sa buhay nang maging single muli. “It has opened up a new realm for me as far as where I’m able to go and how I’m able to be as a person. I like where I am at the moment, there are no restrictions. There are no limits really and I really appreciate the freedom naman. But of course you can’t help but always to think of moments because we’re all on social media at the same time. I think I’m in a good place and alam ko naman she’s in a good place na rin,”paliwanag ni Will.

Apat at kalahating taon ang inabot ng relasyon ng dating magkasintahan at sa ngayon ay hindi pa raw handa na muling makipagrelasyon si Will.

“My heart is, it is where it is. It’s floating as you can say. I’m still not able to catch it. It’s still floating and I’m in a place where I’m just trying to keep as busy as possible. I’m not trying to date or open my heart to anyone at the moment. So I’m just focusing on myself. I’m building myself and finding a lot of amazing people in my life right now literally, a lot of really good friends. I think that’s really important right now where I am,” pagbabahagi ni Will.
