Attorney Israelito Torreon, representing Quiboloy, has announced plans to file multiple charges against “Brader” for his actions and remarks in the viral video.

Torreon revealed that the content creator could face a libel case under Articles 353 and 355 of the Revised Penal Code for accusing Quiboloy of immoral behavior. Furthermore, the act of urinating on the poster is considered a violation of Article 133, which penalizes offending religious feelings.

The legal representative also criticized the content creator for being a poor influence on young audiences, emphasizing the need to hold him accountable. On top of the criminal charges, Torreon is reportedly seeking P10 million in damages.

Eventually, Brader publicly apologized, expressing regret for his actions. He clarified that his video was meant purely for entertainment but admitted it caused division and offense. He extended his apologies to Pastor Quiboloy and the KOJC community.

My intention was for general entertainment only, but instead, it created a lot of divisiveness, and for that, I deeply apologize to Pastor Apollo Quiboloy and the members ofthe  Kingdom of Jesus Christ,” Oncada explained.
