Dancer-actress Dawn Chang had this interview that stirred a discussion online about a celebrity she had a rift with in the past.



In the entertainment industry, misunderstanding, conflict, feuds, and rifts among celebrities are normal. They get to meet people from different walks of life with different principles, hence, these things are normal but what matters most is how they deal with it.

Years ago, stories about Dawn Chang and Chie Filomeno having a rift went viral online. In a previous article, Dawn spoke about the “iringan” with Chie. According to her, it all started when Chie and Erin Ocampo had a confrontation that resulted in the former pulling the latter by the hair.

“Hindi kami nag-away. Kung may mga issues man kami, maliliit na issues lang yun na hindi kailangan lumaki ng ganun,”  Dawn added. This was the same statement that Chie shared in an interview and shared that they have already ironed out the issues.

It’s all in the past now, however, in an interview, the issue was revived when Stanley Chi asked Dawn about someone from the industry she had a misunderstanding with. The dancer-actress expressed that she couldn’t remember anyone but immediately remembered the one time when a situation called her to defend herself.

“Etong si girl, nagrerehearse kami ng dance, inagawan ba naman ako ng position sa steps, tapos inaway ako. Nagpa-interview pa, ako daw nang away,” she said.

Anjo Yllana asked, “Si Cristy Fermin ba yan?” which drove Dawn to laughter and responded, “Hindi no, pero ka-initials niya haha, at meron na siyang sinabunutan dati.”

Netizens online reacted to this and it stirred discussion online as the hints she released pointed to what has happened between her, Chie, and Erin in the past. This was during the time when they were still members of an all-girl group in It’s Showtime called “GirlTrends”.
