HEART EVANGELISTA – The Global Fashion Icon denies having plastic surgery on her face except for this particular part.

Facial enhancements are done to alter the face of someone for improvement. These enhancements can be surgical or non-surgical and each procedure targets different aspects such as skin texture, volume, shape, or features.

In the entertainment industry, a lot of personalities have undergone some of these treatments as their physical appearance is what matters most in their chosen industry. Some of the most common procedures done are botox and fillers, nose surgery, facelifts, chin augmentation, cheek implants, laser treatments, and others.

But for Heart Evangelista, amid the persistent rumors about her undergoing the knife for face enhancements, she is also persistent in dismissing them. According to her, she did not have facial plastic surgery but did one for just one part.

In an Instagram video, Evangelista posed beside a photo of her Candy Magazine cover for August 2000. She did the same angle and smile as seen on the cover and admitted, “Lips lang ‘yung naiba, lips lang ‘yung pinagawa ko, that’s true.” 

“I’m saying the truth. If you don’t accept [it], then, well, wait for judgment day because this is all real except that (lips),” she added.

She is aware that not all people would believe this and then joked that one of these days, she would go to a doctor for proof. She is willing to undergo tests or screening to prove that she really did not undergo any abrasive treatment except for the procedure done on her lips.

“Hindi talaga, mamatay man, seryoso,” she said. This is not the first time that she denied this kind of rumor. In 2020, Heart also set the record straight about plastic surgery, saying, “My eyes and nose, etc, were made by God. I swear.”
