Archie Alemania Denies Rita Daniela’s Accusation, To File Counter Affidavit

Archie Alemania answered the harassment accusation against him

Actor Archie Alemania denied the acts of lasciviousness accusation against him filed by singer-actress Rita Daniela.



Archie received bashing online after reports circulated that Rita filed acts of lasciviousness complaint against him. The singer-actress claimed that the harassment happened after the thanksgiving party that was organized by Kapuso actress Bea Alonzo for her Widow’s War co-stars.

Rita said in her affidavit that Archie tried to kiss him when he brought her home after the party. It was also said that Archie already said nasty words to Rita during the party and that Bea also reprimanded the actor.

In her statement, Rita shared why she still allowed Archie to bring her home even though she knew that he was drunk and he already showed “bastos” attitude.

The singer-actress explained that she thought that Archie was already sober and went back to his “kuya” image but she was wrong about this.

For several days after Rita Daniela filed the complaint, Archie Alemania did not release a statement. However, veteran showbiz insider Cristy Fermin said in a recent episode of her YouTube talk show Showbiz Now Na, that the actor denied the allegation from Rita.

Cristy also shared that when she talked to Archie, he said that he was already speaking with his lawyer for his counter-affidavit.

It was also said that Rita even confided to Archie about what she felt. “Umiiyak pa si Rita, lumapit pa kay Archie itong si Rita at sabi Kuya, ayoko nang mag-attend pa ng ganitong party kasi parang pinagkakaisahan naman nila ako,” Cristy shared.

Cristy also shared that Archie even gave advice to Rita. The act supposedly said that people were not picking on Rita and that she was just being told to know how to mingle with others.

Archie stressed that if Rita felt that she was being mistreated by him, why she still went to him for advice. “Nagpaliwanag siya, lahat po ng kwentong ‘yan ay hindi nangyari. Hindi po totoo yan,” Cristy said about Archie.
