Korina Sanchez has no problem with her old car

Seasoned journalist Korina Sanchez revealed what she would do if someone would give her a luxury car.

Korina has been in the broadcasting industry for many years. She has been considered as a mentor of many younger journalists and those in the news and current affairs department.

Aside from news and current affairs, Korina was able to do mainstream hosting stints. She had been doing magazine shows for many years already and in the past, she had her TV shows. Last year, she talked about juggling her six shows. The most recent hosting project she did was Face 2 Face on TV5 which was previously hosted by Queen Mother Karla Estrada.

With what she has achieved in the industry, Korina Sanchez can be considered a well-off woman already. However, she maintained a not-so-high standard when it came to the material things around her.

Based on the article in Abante, Korina said that she does not mind having an old car as long as it is working well. “Ako masaya na ako sa luma kong kotse as long as it’s well maintained,” she said.

She added that she is not conscious when it comes to the car she is using. However, if there is someone who will give her a luxury car, she will not hesitate to accept this. “Hindi ko tatanggihan tapos ibebenta ko and then donate it to charity,” Korina said.

Meanwhile, Korina Sanchez went viral last month and this was because of her comment about the famous Beef Wellington dish of popular British chef Gordon Ramsay.

The seasoned journalist compared the expensive dish to the Filipino dish “embutido.” To recall, the world-renowned chef visited the Philippines in January. He has a branch of his famous Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill.
