After previously hinting of her TV comeback, Kris Aquino recently revealed that it would not come to fruition after all.

As reported on Push, the Queen of All Media who addressed the issue recently, revealed that she was originally set to make her return via a new show on TV5, which was scheduled to air on 15 August.

“My hope for a TV comeback isn’t happening. The producer chose somebody else that he and his sales team felt was more viable. No sugarcoating from me, you get the honest truth,” she said.

Although she is not losing hope in making her comeback, Aquino said that she will focus on her health for the time being.

“I will continue to have faith that there will be opportunities – all in God’s perfect timing,” she added.

When a fan commented that TV5 has lost the most valuable asset they could have acquired, she responded, “”Honest, I don’t care anymore because maybe it wasn’t really meant to be – and I wanted to at least be able to move on without pretending it was anything else. But let’s move on. The fact that Bimby and I are COVID-free, I am grateful.”
