Mark Herras has finally addressed his viral performance at a gay bar in his latest interview with Toni Gonzaga for Toni Talks.

On Friday, January 31, Mark said that his life has been issue-free for the longest time, saying how quiet his life has been lately.

“Kung napansin niyo talaga, ang tahimik ng buhay ko. Wala akong isyu na nangyayari except this last one na sumayaw ako sa gay bar, diba?” Mark told Toni during their now-viral interview.

According to Mark, he did not remove his clothes while performing, nor did he dance like a ‘macho dancer’ at the event.

“Hindi naman ako naghubad eh. Hindi naman ako sumayaw na parang macho dancer or what. I performed, I danced to hip hop, ganun,” Mark explained, talking about his viral performance.

He continued by saying that he is not picky when it comes to jobs, saying his performance at Apollo was simply a job for him.

“Hindi ako namimili. Basta ako, trabaho? Okay ako. So ngayon, nung in-offer-an ako sa Apollo, why not? Trabaho yun eh. Meron nga akong tinatanggap na mga trabaho, magpe-perform ako parang sa mga party lang na yung events place eh maliit lang. Still, it’s work, trabaho.”

According to Mark, he continues to accept all sorts of work for the sake of his children.

“Kaya mas lalo akong tumatanggap ng mga trabaho, para sa anak ko. Ayokong dumating yung time na manghihingi yun anak ko ng pera sa ibang tao dahil wala kaming maibigay.”

The actor even said that he won’t allow his kids’ lives to be ruined, reiterating that he will always find a way to provide for them.

“Hindi ako papayag na masira, o magkaroon ng buhay na hindi dapat para sa kanila. Like for example, hindi sila makapag-aral. Kaya kong gumawa ng paraan para makapag-provide, in a legal way, para sa pamilya ko. Kumbaga, pride ko? Kaya kong lunukin yan, kaya kong alisin yun hiya ko sa katawan, yung pagkalalaki ko, para sa pamilya ko,” Mark told Toni in the video.
