Mark Herras answered the latest speculation about him

Kapuso actress Mark Herras broke his silence after he was spotted with businessman-singer Jojo Mendrez in a hotel.

Mark has been on social media topics these past few weeks. He is one of the homegrown talents of GMA but in recent years, he seldom does acting projects. Netizens were quite surprised when his dancing video at a male entertainment bar circulated on social media.

The actor received negative reactions to this but he said in an interview that there was nothing wrong with what he did because he just had a dance performance.

Previously, it was rumored that he was paid P300,000 as his talent fee for that dance performance. Allegedly, the bar management allowed customers to invite him to their table if they paid P125,000 for five bottles of liquor. However, it was said that no customer was able to afford that.

Just recently, another controversial video featuring Mark Herras surfaced online. He was with Jojo Mendrez in the video and they were at the Okada Hotel. The businessman-singer has already addressed this issue.

Jojo said that Mark was there for their collaboration because he was paid to dance to the singer’s revival song.

In a recent episode of Showbiz Update vlog, the YouTube talk show of Ogie Diaz, he shared the reaction that Mark had regarding his viral video with Jojo. The actor explained that it was indeed a collaboration. He reacted to Jojo’s rendition of Somewhere In My Past.

They shot inside a hotel room because it would be awkward that they would do that in a public place. Mark also stressed that it has no connection to his performance at the male entertainment bar.

When asked about their photos at the casino, Mark Herras shared that after the shoot, they were asked if they wanted to try playing. As a “pakikisama”, Mark said that they said “yes” even though it was just his first time in a casino.
