Nadine Lustre is not interested in another love team

14 Mar – Although she is back to filming again, Nadine Lustre is not that keen on being in another love team.

In a recent interview to promote her comeback film, “Greed”, the actress stated that she is at a stage in her career where she is already past the love team phase.

“I do believe that it’s something that a lot of celebrities really go through. It’s not a bad thing. It’s a partnership. If you’re in a love team, you both help each other up, you pull each other up. It’s really teamwork,” she said.

However, Nadine stressed that she is not at the age where she should be having the same onscreen partner for multiple projects.

“It doesn’t seem to matter anymore. So, I don’t know,” she added.

In the same interview, she also expressed hope to do more challenging roles in a variety of genres, wanting to be “as flexible as Johnny Depp”.

Nadine was in a love team with actor James Reid for several years, filming dramas and movies like “On the Wings of Love”, “Till I Met You”, and “Never Not Love You”. The two also began to date in 2016, but ended their relationship in 2020.
