Nadine Lustre and her past relationship are among the trending topics these past few days



Actress Iza Calzado has this joke to her fellow award-winning actress Nadine Lustre regarding the recent issue about the latter’s past relationship.

Nadine is happily in a relationship now with businessman Chris Bariou who is based in Siargao. Her previous relationship and breakup unfolded before the public’s eyes. Being part of one of the famous love teams of this generation, her breakup with James Reid broke the hearts of many JaDine fans.

However, there were a lot of fans who took the side of Nadine, especially when cheating speculations against James Reid surfaced. Just recently, the actor finally confirmed his relationship with Issa Pressman who was accused of being the third party in his breakup with Nadine Lustre.

It is known to many that Nadine, Issa, and Yassi Pressman are friends. Even after the breakup, they were still seen hanging out together.

Following the confirmation that James did about his relationship with Issa, fans of Nadine recalled her posts in the past apparently hinting at the betrayal she has experienced. There were also those who recalled the past statements that Yassi and Issa had regarding the cheating allegations.

A 2020 video of Iza’s joke to Nadine also resurfaced. Pilipino Star Ngayon’s Facebook page re-shared a post from Latest Chika. The article discussed the joke that Iza had when she guested on Tim Yap’s Facebook live interview with Nadine Lustre and Divine Lee.

Their discussion was about “love, life, and lockdown.” Before the discussion became serious, Iza said that she wants to make the mood lighter. “Bago tayo magseryoso ha. May gusto lang akong i-address dito. I-klaro ko lang ha. Sandali lang, let’s just get the elephant in the room like just out of the way,” Iza Calzado said.

Then, she addressed Nadine. “Nadine, I’m sorry…I’m sorry for stealing James,” and she added “Char!” at the end. The four celebrities laughed at this. Nadine responded laughing, “Wrong Issa… Wrong Issa. That issue was so weird,”
