ABS-CBN teased that a prominent female star will have her much-anticipated return and netizens guessed that it was award-winning actress Nadine Lustre.

Nadine started her career in the Kapamilya network. For many years, she was under the management of Star Magic, the talent management company of ABS-CBN. Eventually, she transferred to Viva Artist Agency.

A conflict occurred between her and Viva. The issue reached a legal battle. In 2021, the legal issue was settled. When actor-recording artist James Reid, Nadine’s ex-boyfriend, established Careless Music, she signed with the new company. However, it was reported in December 2022 that she left James’s company.

Based on the article in Abante, showbiz fans have been talking about an actress who is set to return to ABS-CBN. Some guessed that it was soap opera queen Judy Ann Santos because she will be part of the upcoming series Bagman. 

For some, it was actress-singer Jennylyn Mercado who had not renewed her contract with GMA. Her comeback series Love. Die. Repeat. ended a few months ago. On the other hand, some showbiz fans believed that it was Nadine Lustre.

It was because of a post that AdProm manager of Dreamscape Entertainment Eric John Salut shared on X. “Bigla kong naisip and na-miss si Nadine Lustre,” he wrote in his post on the social media platform formerly known as Twitter.

A netizen commented with the hope that Nadine will return and she will have a new project. “I know! Feeling ko, may bago syang maibibigay in a teleserye. Kaka-miss no?” Salut said in his reply to the netizen.

With this post on X, many netizens believe that it was Nadine. Abante entertainment writer Byx Almacen shared that it is possible that the award-winning actress might return to ABS-CBN because her last two TV series projects were produced by Dreamscape Entertainment.
