Nadine Lustre’s Reaction on Issue Comparing Her to Kathryn Bernardo (Video)

Nadine Lustre, the “Diary ng Panget” star finally speak up and shared her reactions on issues comparing her to the “Teen Queen,” Kathryn Bernardo during a media interview. The interview was conducted during the press conference of her upcoming movie, the actress noted that she does not mind being compared to Kathryn Bernardo.

The 20-year-old Nadine Lustre answered questions from various entertainment writers during the press conference of her upcoming movie titled “Talk Back and You’re Dead.”

Nadine Lustre was quoted as saying “It’s okay, it’s not bad. It’s actually really good kasi people noticed me. Kahit bashers ‘yan, kahit ayaw nila sa akin, at least they still know me, hindi ba?” she said.

During the interview Nadine Lustre also admitted that she gets a lot of negative messages and bashing on social networks, she even noted that she got threats from people who claim to be fans of Kathryn Bernardo.

The “Diary ng Panget” star also noted that she is also a fan of the KathNiel tandem, as she expressed her admiration for the teen star and her love team Daniel Padilla. She also adds that there’s a conscious effort on her part to be different from Kathryn Bernardo, because according to her bashers there are instances that she looks similar to Bernardo and was even accused of being a copy cat.

Nadine Lustre also admitted that she is really open in working alongside the famous KathNiel tandem. Meanwhile her love tandem with James Reid is now considered as one of the fastest growing love team of their generation. The  love team of Nadine Lustre and James Reid is more popularly known as JaDine.
