Nicko Falcis hits Kris Aquino for trivializing her threat to his life

Naninindigan si Nicko Falcis na pinagbantaan ni Kris Aquino ang kanyang buhay.

Taliwas ito sa pahayag ni Kris na “bluff” lamang ang sinabi niyang “ipapapatay” si Nicko ng pamilya Aquino sa oras na bumalik ito ng Pilipinas.

Kaugnay ito ng controversial phone call sa pagitan nina Kris at Nicko noong September 27, 2018.

Nasa Thailand noon si Nicko, habang nasa Pilipinas naman si Kris.

Noong January 14, 2019, kumalat sa social media ang audio recording ng phone call, kung saan maririnig ang pagbabanta ni Kris kay Nicko.

Bahagi nang tinuran ni Kris: “GUSTO MONG BUMALIK SA PILIPINAS? DARE TO STEP IN THIS COUNTRY, AND YOU WILL BE DEAD!”

Ang paggamit ng malalaking titik ay base sa official statement ni Nicko na nailathala sa PEP.ph noong January 4.

Sa kanyang Instagram post ng Martes, January 22, iginiit din ni Nicko na simula’t sapul ay si Kris ang nag-utos sa kanyang magtungo sa ibang bansa.

Hindi raw niya akalaing gagamitin ito ni Kris upang madiin siya nang sampahan siya ni Kris ng reklamong pagnanakaw.

Pahayag ni Nicko: “A death threat is a death threat and should never be taken lightly. Saying it was a bluff is your QUICK FIX to everything.

“You said it yourself when you filed cyber-libel against my brother, ‘Isn’t it logical to assume that the ‘resbak’ will be major? Because it’s the sole member carrying the last name who is keeping the legacy alive that came under attack.’

“You premeditated everything. You told me to go abroad and when I did, threatened me to not to dare step in this country or I will be dead.

“It was all apparently part of your script to project my absence as ‘flight is guilt’ and you harassed me for four months to play along — but I REFUSED.”

Ihinain ito ng mga abugado ni Kris sa Office of The Prosecutor sa pitong siyudad sa Metro Manila—Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Makati, Manila, San Juan, Taguig, at Pasig.

Sa panayam ng entertainment reporters kay Kris noong November 15, 2018, sinabi nitong bukas siya sa posibilidad na magkaayos sila ni Nicko basta harapin siya nito.

Sabi noon ni Kris patungkol kay Nicko: “Kaya nga kaya kong sabihin, ‘Kaya kitang patawarin.

“‘Pero magpakita ka naman sa akin.

“‘Na you’re at least trying to meet me halfway because I’ve done more than my share.’”

Giit naman ni Nicko, palabas lang ni Kris na kunwari’y handa itong makipag-usap sa kanya nang maayos.

Bukod sa tahasang pagbabanta sa buhay niya, pailalim umano ang actress/TV host/web star sa panggigipit sa kaniya.

Pagsisiwalat ni Nicko sa kanyang IG post, “I will never forget that you instructed your lawyers for my mom to ask for forgiveness because you got hurt that I am leaving you and KCAP — but she REFUSED.
