Rumor has it that Kris Aquino will tie the knot with her doctor boyfriend

Celebrity Kris Aquino reacted to marriage rumors with her boyfriend, who is a doctor, that were circulated by a showbiz site.

It was confirmed last July that Kris has a new boyfriend. This was after her on-and-off relationship with Batangas Vice Governor Mark Leviste. The new man in Kris’s life is a doctor. Her second son Bimby Aquino only has good words for the said doctor.

When Kris returned to the Philippines after staying several years in the US for her medical treatment, it was said that one of her companions was her boyfriend.

Kris Aquino opted not to reveal the identity of her non-showbiz boyfriend. However, it was rumored that it was Dr. MP or Dr. Michael Padlan. It was said that he is a 53-year-old doctor at Makati Medical Center.

Just recently, a write-up was shared by the Facebook Page Philstars claiming that Kris Aquino and the doctor’s wedding will be “super private.” The post included a photo of a garden wedding setup.

Former entertainment editor Dindo Balares, a close friend of Kris, directly debunked the wedding rumors. He wrote in his post, “FAKE NEWS. Maraming salamat po sa media friends na nagpapadala ng link at nagtatanong kung totoo o hindi. Pakiabangan po ang detalye.”

He shared that his friends in the media have been asking him about the wedding rumors. Once and for all, Dindo asked Kris about this.

Dindo shared what Kris said regarding the rumored wedding and the alleged venue where the supposed ceremony will take place. The queen of all media said that the best answer to this fake news is her current health condition.

She pointed out that she is “currently undergoing treatment that makes her extra sensitive to direct sun exposure and as you yourself know sobrang allergic ako sa mga dahon ng puno (trigger ng allergic rhinitis and asthma for me) especially grass as in damuhan.”

Kris stressed that it does not make sense that she will choose an outdoor venue for the “supposed wedding.” Aside from this, the photo included in the fake post showed that there were a lot of plants. Kris said that aside from her, her son Bimby also has asthma.

She also said that if the person who released this scoop really knows her, that person should have known her condition and the things that can worsen her health.

Kris Aquino stressed that people should know who to believe when it comes to news about her. “Dapat maniwala lang sila kung ikaw or si Pareng Ogie (Diaz) ang mag-“giveaway” na blind item,” she said.
