Bea Alonzo “Tried To Patch Things Up” With Dominic Roque

Kapuso actress Bea Alonzo said that she and actor Dominic Roque tried to patch things up but it just did not work.

The breakup wasn’t decided overnight. It was s process that took months but unfortunately, it just did not work out. Kapuso actress Bea Alonzo and Dominic Roque announced their split February of this year which ultimately put an end to the rumors that have been circulating online.

In a previous article, Bea revealed she did not initiate the split which put Dominic as the one who initiated it. She also stressed that despite the heartbreaking end of their relationship, the split was amicable. They were already engaged but this did nothing to stop them from separating.

Speaking to a digital magazine, the Kapuso actress revealed more about the split and shared that it January of this year, they have already separated. She already saw herself marrying the man but God has other plans for her, better ones, and as per her words, she learned to embrace this already.

Before the announcement of the split, they’ve accordingly been trying to work things out between them. This happened for months but it just did not work out.

“Before we announced it, we had been trying to work things out for months. It’s not like it happened overnight; it was a process for both of us. It always takes two to tango. Sometimes relationships don’t work, and that’s fine,” she said.

She is also not putting the blame to Dominic for their separation. They did everything but in the end, in their case, they “don’t want to get married anymore”. She did not reveal the real reason behind their split but it was certainly not because of a third party.
