According to the BFP, the fire reached the third-alarm and lasted for about 3 hours.

They had a hard time extinguishing the fire because of the narrow ways leading inside the burning houses.

Majority of the house were also made of light materials that’s why the fire spred quickly. The estimated amount of damaged property reached 1.2 million pesos, according to reports.

Meanwhile, the BFP are still investigating what caused the fire.
