What Nadine Told Kathryn When They Met
It was the first time that Nadine Lustre and Kathryn Bernardo were formally introduced to each other during ASAP rehearsals.
The two stars have been compared against each other by their fans.
Though stylist Bang Pineda the two Kapamilya stars were able to chat a little.
On Aquino & Abunda Tonight aired Monday, Lustre was asked how the conversation with Bernardo went.
Before doing the spiels for the show, the two exchanged conversation that went through Bernardo’s new project.
Lustre said she complimenter the recently release trailer of “Pangako Sa ‘Yo” to which Bernardo replied, “Thank You”.
In earlier interview, Bernardo admitted that she felt awkward with Lustre citing their warring fans and the perceived rivalry between them.
With regards to this, Lustre explained why she initiated the conversation: “Kasi ako po, I don’t like anyone to feel awkward sa akin. Ayaw ko po isipin nila na hindi ako approachable or anything. Ayaw ko ng may naiilang sa kin.”
