According to Philstar Life’s report, the distribution of Barbie’s inheritance ensures that Koo Jun Yup and her two kids with former husband Wang Xiaofei will receive equal shares. However, as the children are still minors—aged 10 and 8—their share of the inheritance will be managed by their biological father, Wang Xiaofei, until they reach legal age.

Barbie Hsu, widely recognized for her iconic role in Meteor Garden, passed away at the age of 48 due to a flu-related illness while on a family vacation in Japan. The news of her death was confirmed by CNN, with BBC later reporting Koo Jun Yup’s emotional tribute to his late wife, where he referred to her as his ‘angel’ who had returned to heaven.
