“Incognito” star Richard Gutierrez speaks about Barbie Imperial and dismisses the allegations and accusations against her.

Celebrities Barbie Imperial and Richard Gutierrez were spotted together several times. Last May 2024, Barbie and Richard officially dating was confirmed by Diaz, however, the pair has not confirmed or denied this yet. They remained mum and private about their real score.

Recently, in an interview with Ogie Diaz, Gutierrez spoke about the actress being linked to him for the first time. According to him, since many people have seen them already, he would want to just settle things about them that way – “what you see is what you get”.

If there’s one thing he would want to clarify to the public, it would have to be the accusations thrown at her. Imperial was accused as the third party and the reason why he and actress Sarah Lahbati have separated.

Gutierrez clarified this and defended his rumored girlfriend. According to him, she was not the reason for the separation, and there was no overlapping that happened. Their separation happened a long time ago already when he met her, hence, the senseless negative and hate comments.

As a man, he felt the need to protect her. When asked what he liked about Imperial, he shared based on the video, “Mabuting tao, maalaga. Nakikita mo na genuine yung intentions niya, genuine yung pagkatao niya.”

According to him, everything started when they were at a bar. There was a photo of them that circulated online at that and it was when and how they met each other. For him, she was fun to be with and they enjoy each other’s company.

Regarding his separation from Lahbati, he did not disclose the details but he confirmed that they are currently going through an annulment. They have moved forward already and were able to establish a routine as co-parents for their two sons.

For his former wife, he just wished for her to be happy in whatever happens to her life and whatever decision she makes.
