Dominic Roque has confirmed that he is “dating” Sue Ramirez, putting an end to months of speculation among fans.

For the past few months, social media has been buzzing with clues hinting at a possible romance between Dominic and Sue. However, during an interview at the premiere night of a film entry for the 50th Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) on Friday, the actor finally addressed the rumors, simply saying, ‘We’re dating.’

This marks the first time Dominic has revealed that something is going on between them.

The rumors began swirling after they were spotted in Siargao, allegedly in a kissing video. This was followed by another sighting in the same location and a few fan-taken photos circulating online. However, both parties remained tight-lipped about the matter at that time.

Asked about his thoughts on the positive reception of their tandem, “DominSue,” Dominic shared that he feels “happy.”

“Happy kami together. Kinikilala namin isa’t isa,” he said.

Meanwhile, it was previously confirmed by Sue in a separate interview that, like Dominic, she is also happy.

“We’re enjoying each other’s company,” Sue said.

“That’s all I can say for now,” she added.

Yet, Sue emphasized, “We’ve been seeing each other.”

Dominic, the ex-fiancé of actress Bea Alonzo, was seen on the red carpet at the premiere of “The Kingdom,” a film starring Vic Sotto. and Paolo Pascual. The movie, which is part of the MMFF lineup, also features Sue, who recently ended a five-year relationship with Victorias City Mayor Javi Benitez.
