Dingdong Dantes first tried his hand at Philippines entertainment industry when he was just 2 years old. After a period of times acting in commercials and joining a dance group, he officially entered the film industry  with his first role when he’s 14. While his career was so soaring with a series of leading roles and huge salary, Marian Rivera only took her first role in 2005 in the long-running series If only you love me. By 2007, Marian had began working on televsion projects for GMA netwok. At that time, no one could have guessed that this step would not only take her career to the next level but also be an imporant turning point in her personal life.

Thanks to the heat of their first collaboration, the Marian – Dingdong couple became the target of many other film projects. Their on-screen love continued through many series.
