Everything that Jackie Lou Blanco knows about life, she got from her mom Pilita Corrales.

On Monday’s episode of “Fast Talk With Boy Abunda,” the “Widows’ War” star said her mom has “a lot” of influence in her life.

“I was raised by my mom. My father was still alive but it was my mom, who was there,” she said.

“Everything that I know, everything that I am as an actor, kung papaano ako makipag-usap, kung paano ako magdesisyon kung anong gagawin ko, professionalism, how to treat other people, that’s all my mom,” Jackie Lou continued, adding her mom also taught her the “zest for life,” and the importance of work.

Jackie Lou is Pilita’s daughter to her Spanish husband Gonzalo Blanco who died in 1981. She is also the half-sister of Monching Gutierrez, Pilita’s son to actor Eddie Gutierrez.

Jackie Lou was married to Ricky Davao, with whom she had three children: Rikki Mae, Arabella and Kenneth.

In 2023, the actress admitted she and Ricky have separated.

Jackie Lou currently stars in the Kapuso murder-mystery series “Widows’ War” which stars Bea Alonzo and Carla Abellana.
