Matapos ang isang buwan mula nang ipinalabas ni Maricar Reyes ang kanyang isinulat na libro na pinamagatan niyang ‘Maricar’ muling napag-usapan ng mga netizens ang naging video scandal nina Maricar at Hayden Kho.
Tinalakay ni Maricar sa kanyang libro ang kanyang pinagdaanan sa buhay at kung paano niya nalampasan ang matitinding pagsubok na kanyang napagdaanan. Hindi man nito sinabi kung ano ang tinutukoy niya bilang hardest time of her life, hinuha ng mga netizens na ang tinutukoy nito ay ang pagkalat ng malalaswang video nila ni Hayden.
Si Hayden Kho ay binata pa noon ngunit may relasyon na kay Dra. Vicky Belo nang pumutok ang nasabing isyu.
Ayon kay Maricar, matagal siyang nanahimik tungkol sa isyung ito upang bigyan ang sarili na maghilom. Ngayon, handa na umano siyang pag-usapan ito nang hindi nasasaktan. Isa umano sa mga dahilan niya kung bakit isinulat niya ang libro ay upang makapagbigay inspirasyon. Alam din umano niya na marami ang makakarelate sa kanyang pinagdaanan lalo na ang online shaming.
