Sofia Pablo meets cast, director of ‘Squid Game’ Season 2 in South Korea

Sofia Pablo just met the cast and director of “Squid Game” Season 2!

On Instagram, the Sparkle star shared an Instagram Reel showing her interactions with the South Korean stars during the series’s premiere night in Seoul, South Korea on December 9.

In the clip, actors Lee Byung Hun, Lee Jung Jae, and Jo Yu Ri can be seen waving at Sofia’s camera. The reel also included a video of the season two cast members greeting fans who attended the premiere show.

“Met the cast and director of #SquidGame2!” Sofia wrote.

Previously, the Kapuso actress joined the series’s festivities where she donned a pink furry coat over a black dress.

“Squid Game” Season 2 premieres on December 26 on Netflix. The third and final season is coming in 2025.

According to a statement from Netflix, Season 2 will take place three years after the events of “Squid Game.” Player 456 (Lee Jung Jae) remains determined to find the people behind the game and put an end to their vicious sport.

The series stars Lee Jung Jae, Lee Byung Hun, Wi Ha Jun, and Gong Yoo, who will all reprise their roles from Season 1. It will also introduce new cast members, which include Yim Si Wan, Kang Ha Neul, Park Gyu Young, Lee Jin Uk, Park Sung Hoon, Yang Dong Geun, Kang Ae Sim, Lee David, Choi Seung Hyun, Roh Jae Won, Jo Yu Ri, and Won Ji An.

Meanwhile, Sofia is set to star in upcoming GMA Afternoon prime series “Prinsesa ng City Jail” with Allen Ansay, Beauty Gonzalez, Will Ashley, and more.

She is also part of the 2024 Metro Manila Film Festival entry “Green Bones” with Dennis Trillo, Ruru Madrid, Michael de Mesa, Alessandra de Rossi, Iza Calzado, Ronnie Lazaro, and more.
